CONCEPT

Pony was created around the idea that dining and nightlife should exist together under the same roof, moving naturally from one into the other as the evening unfolds. Rather than separating restaurant, bar, and lounge, the space was designed as one continuous experience; somewhere guests can arrive early for dinner, stay for cocktails, and settle into the rhythm of a long night without ever needing to leave their table or change venues.

At its core, Pony is built around contrast and balance. Inspired by the idea of β€œThe Muse & The Gentleman,” the concept explores the space between restraint and spontaneity, elegance and energy, refinement and unpredictability. The atmosphere shifts fluidly throughout the night, holding both intimacy and momentum at once, allowing the room to evolve naturally alongside the people within it.

Food, drinks, music, and design are all treated as part of the same conversation. Wood-fired cooking, considered cocktails, layered interiors, and a carefully shaped soundtrack come together to create a venue that feels social, immersive, and deeply atmospheric. More than a restaurant or a bar, Pony is intended as a place people return to for the feeling as much as the experience itself.
