Pony is a contemporary wood-fired restaurant and cocktail bar in Berawa, Bali, bringing together seasonal shared plates, considered cocktails and evenings that move naturally from dinner into late night.
Our kitchen centres around open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients and modern European-inspired food, with a quiet Japanese influence running through the menu. Dishes are designed to be shared, balancing smoke, freshness and restraint across a menu that changes with the seasons.
Alongside the kitchen, the bar serves considered cocktails built around clarity, balance and understated precision. From aperitivo-style drinks to deeper, more spirited serves, the cocktail programme is designed to evolve with the evening rather than compete with it.

THE FOOD
Open-fire cooking sits at the heart of Pony’s kitchen. Seasonal produce is cooked over flame and paired with contemporary European flavours, Japanese-inspired touches and carefully considered sauces, garnishes and textures. The menu is designed around sharing, with dishes that balance smoke, freshness and depth.
THE BAR
The cocktail programme follows the same philosophy as the kitchen: simplicity on the surface, detail underneath.
Pony's cocktails draw on modern techniques alongside familiar drinking traditions, with an emphasis on balance, texture and clean flavour. The bar moves from lighter aperitivo-style cocktails into more expressive serves as the evening develops, alongside a curated wine list and premium spirits.
THE SPACE
Pony's interior is designed to feel intimate, layered and atmospheric.
Dark timber, warm lighting, artwork and carefully considered details create a room that changes character throughout the evening. The dining room, bar and lounge are intentionally connected, allowing the energy of the space to build without ever becoming a traditional nightclub environment.
